I have heard somewhere that what you eat is what you become. Dance is an activity that requires lots of energy, strength and stamina. Dance is like any other sport. I know dance is not a sport but dancers must follow a proper diet like every sportsman do to maintain their physic, strenght and stamina . I personally don’t think that body type does not matter, it is the diet that matters but yes i agree that a good physique brings attractiveness to your dance.
So what is diet, can it bring a change in you dance?
Diet is a special course of food to which a person restricts themselves, either to lose or gain weight. Diet must include proper amount of micro nutrients (vitamins and minerals) and macro nutrients (protine, carbohydrates and good fats). Somewhere it is true that a good physic can attract people. Some dance forms like ballet , jazz, Bboying and etc needs good physique because these dance forms requires more energy, strength and it has some elements that can only be performed when a dancer have good strength.
